Ingredients:
4 sub rolls
8 oz spaghetti
1/2 cup marinara sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions, drain, and toss with marinara sauce. Set aside.
In a small bowl, mix the softened butter with minced garlic and Italian seasoning. Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the inside of each sub roll.
Place the garlic bread rolls on a baking sheet and toast in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown.
Once the bread is toasted, spoon the spaghetti mixture into each sub roll, filling them generously.
Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan.
Return the stuffed subs to the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
