A delicious croissant with chicken salad... It's hard to wait for dinner when you know what's in your lunchbox!
Ingredients List:
- 3 to 4 cups of cooked chicken, cut into pieces.
- 1 cup of seedless red grapes, halved.
- 1/2 cup of sliced almonds.
- 2 stalks of celery, diced.
- 3 green onions, chopped.
- 2 tablespoons of fresh dill, chopped.
- 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped.
- 1 teaspoon of garlic flower.
- 1 cup of mayonnaise.
- The juice of 1 lemon.
- 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard.
- 1 teaspoon of salt.
- Freshly ground black pepper.
Preparation:
- Mix the chicken with the grapes, almonds, celery, green onions, dill, and parsley.
- In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the mayonnaise mixture to the chicken and mix gently.
- Refrigerate for one hour.
You can serve this on delicious rolls or a croissant. You can also serve it on a bed of lettuce with tomatoes... It’s delicious in many different ways!
