Ingredients:

-1 package refrigerated croissant dough (8 rolls) 

-1 lb ground beef 

-1/2 cup diced bell peppers (red, yellow, green) 

-1/2 cup diced onion 

-1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 

-1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 

-1 tsp garlic powder 

-1 tsp cumin (optional) 

-Salt and pepper, to taste

-1 tbsp olive oil (for cooking) 

-1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions:

1.Preheat the Oven:

Preheat to 375°F (190°C).

2.Cook the Beef:

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it into crumbles. Drain excess fat if needed.

3.Add Vegetables:

Stir in diced bell peppers and onions. Cook for about 5 minutes, until softened.

Season with garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat.

4.Prepare the Croissant Dough:

Unroll the croissant dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Arrange the pieces in a circular shape, leaving a hole in the center.

5.Assemble the Ring:

Spoon the beef mixture into the center of the croissant dough. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.

6.Egg Wash:

Beat the egg and brush it over the croissant dough for a golden finish.

7.Bake:

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the croissant dough is golden brown and cooked through.
